The Shore Group are looking for experienced Construction Project Managers to join our Integrated Services division, specialising in shopfitting and fit-out projects. This is a fast-paced, roaming role managing multiple small projects across various locations. The successful candidate will oversee projects from start to finish, carrying out regular site visits, supporting Site Managers and Supervisors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple live shopfitting and fit-out projects simultaneously
  • Carry out regular site visits and progress inspections
  • Scope works and assist with pricing small projects and variations
  • Produce and review RAMS, CPPs, programmes, and site documentation
  • Coordinate Site Managers, Supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on programme, and within budget
  • Monitor quality standards and resolve on-site issues quickly
  • Work closely with clients and maintain strong working relationships
  • Support cost control, forecasting, and reporting across projects
  • Attend client and internal progress meetings

Health & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with CDM 2015 and company H&S procedures
  • Promote a strong safety-first culture across all projects
  • Conduct site safety inspections and support inductions/toolbox talks

About You

  • Previous experience within shopfitting, fit-out, maintenance, or small works projects
  • Experience managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Experience producing RAMS and CPP documentation
  • Experience scoping and pricing works is desirable
  • Comfortable in a roaming/mobile role with regular travel and site visits
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Able to manage subcontractors, programmes, and client expectations
  • Good understanding of H&S and construction site processes
