Bicester | £400-£450 per day | Inside IR35 | 12-Month Contract
We’re looking for an experienced Geotechnical Engineer to join the delivery team on HS2, working on site across the Calvert C2 and C3 areas.
This is a long-term, site-based opportunity for a Geotechnical Engineer looking to play a hands-on role within one of the UK’s largest infrastructure programmes.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing geotechnical engineering support on site
- Supporting works across the HS2 Calvert C2 and C3 areas
- Working closely with construction and engineering teams
- Reviewing geotechnical information and site conditions
- Supporting the resolution of geotechnical issues during construction
- Ensuring works are delivered in line with project requirements
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience as a Geotechnical Engineer
- Strong site-based geotechnical experience
- Background within major infrastructure or civil engineering
- Good understanding of ground conditions and geotechnical works
- Confident working alongside multidisciplinary construction teams
- Able to work on site in the Calvert / Aylesbury area

£400-£450 per day, Inside IR35, on an initial 12-month contract, working directly on the HS2 programme at Calvert.
