This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Nursery Practitioners, Nursery Nurses, and Early Years Educators who want to develop their career within education.
Your experience supporting communication, development, behaviour, independence, and learning through play can transfer extremely well into a primary school environment.
The Role:
- Supporting children across EYFS
- Supporting learning through play and exploration
- Developing communication and language skills
- Supporting early phonics, literacy, and Maths
- Encouraging personal, social, and emotional development
- Supporting observations and assessment
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Working closely with teachers and other EYFS staff
We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or relevant experience
- Recent experience working with young children
- Strong understanding of child development
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Nurturing, patient, and creative approach
- Excellent communication skills
