Key Responsibilities
As a Service Coordinator in Addlestone, you’ll provide essential administrative & helpdesk support to the account delivery team. Responsibilities will include:
- Building strong relationships with the client & account delivery team
- Managing & updating systems including Maximo
- Providing a professional helpdesk service
- Supporting the account delivery team with day-to-day administration
- Completing general administrative duties
- Escalating identified issues to line management when required
- Working within company processes, procedures & guidelines
What we’re looking for
To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have:
- Previous administration, helpdesk or service coordination experience
- A valid DBS check
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Good IT & systems knowledge
- Excellent organisation & attention to detail
