Head Chef requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or a strong Sous Chef ready to step up is essential
Ability to lead and inspire a kitchen team across a varied operation
Strong knowledge of food safety, allergens and hygiene standards
Experience across weddings, events and restaurant dining preferred
Creative, driven and passionate about delivering exceptional food
Own transport essential due to location
