Position: Night Bakery Manager

Location: Small Dole, Henfield

Salary package: Up to £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Employment type: Permanent

Must have experience in baking and machinery (particularly with bread making).

The Night Bakery Manager will be leading the night-time operations of the bakery, ensuring smooth, efficient workflows. You will be responsible for organising team tasks, maintaining production schedules and addressing any issues to meet output and quality targets. The Night Bakery Manager will have active participation in all stages of bread and pastry production, from mixing and shaping, to baking and finishing. You will have the opportunity to develop new bakery lines by creating, testing and documenting recipes.
