We are now hiring for an incredible opportunity based in the Cotswolds! A fantastic leisure and events venue are now looking for a Sous Chef to join their well-established kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef, or for a well-established and driven Senior Chef De Partie looking for the next step in their career.
The successful Chef will be calm under pressure, self-motivated, and committed to maintaining the highest kitchen standards while working alongside a professional and supportive team.
Essential requirements:- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position
- Experience in fresh food catering
- Strong background in quality food-led establishments
- Strong kitchen management and communication skills
- Own transport essential due to location
- Excellent work-life balance with expected hours 40-55 a week (Season dependant)
- Competitive salary including Tips
- Involvement in menu development
