Key Responsibilities
As Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in organising and managing the delivery of telecoms and IT solutions. Your day-to-day duties include:
- Co-ordinating the engineering and provisioning teams to ensure timely delivery of customer projects and support requests
- Scheduling jobs, tickets, and projects through the CRM system, liaising with staff and customers for smooth communication
- Monitoring workload and resource allocation to maximise efficiency and service quality
- Assisting in managing both proactive and reactive support activities for IT and telecoms services
- Working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure departmental goals are met and customer satisfaction remains high
