The predicted salary is between 40500 - 49500 £ per year.

We're looking for a Site Engineer to support the delivery of water/wastewater infrastructure projects (e.g., pipelines, pumping stations, treatment works, civils and MEICA interfaces). You'll be responsible for setting out, quality control, and day-to-day engineering support on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, to spec, on programme and within budget.

Key duties include:

  • Setting out and surveying (levels, lines, as-builts) and maintaining site records
  • QA documentation (ITPs, inspections, permits), raising technical queries, supporting RFIs
  • Coordinating with site management, subcontractors, designers and client teams
  • Monitoring progress, resolving engineering issues, and supporting short-term planning
  • Promoting strong HSEQ standards and compliance with water industry/regulatory requirements

Ideal candidates will have site engineering experience on water civils projects, good setting-out skills, and a working knowledge of construction specifications, drawings, and QA processes.

Salary: £350 - £425/day
