Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Shift: Tuesday-Thursday: 10:00-18:00; Fiday-Saturday: 14:00-22:00

What You'll Do
- Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse operatives to achieve daily targets.
- Coordinate warehouse activities, ensuring efficient and accurate workflow.
- Monitor productivity, performance, and quality standards.
- Support and train team members to maintain consistent performance.
- Communicate effectively with management and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety procedures.
About You
- Previous experience in a warehouse team leader or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Positive, proactive, and hands-on attitude.
- Flexible to work fixed Thursday-Saturday shift pattern.
