- Experience of general building maintenance work – inside and outside of buildings
- Experience in concreting, tarmac, kerbing, surfacing repairs
- Experience with repair of doors, locks, fences, cladding, and flooring
- Experience with plumbing repair and maintenance, tiling, and painting
- Full UK driving licence
