It is a very exciting time to join this progressive team, as they are expanding their offices and looking to bring an experienced Controls Engineer that will work on their fast-paced, leading projects.

  • Control System Engineer Key Responsibilities
  • Design control system circuits and documentation.
  • Develop PLC, HMI/SCADA systems and software.
  • Configure and commission inverter drives.
  • Checks and approves electrical schematics and calculations.
  • Review designs against DNV and/or other standards.
  • Contribute to sales proposals.
  • Liaise with suppliers.
  • Control System Engineer Key Requirements
  • Experience in designing and commissioning safety automation and control systems for marine and/or hazardous environments.
  • Experience in PLC programming.
  • On-site commissioning and fault-finding experience.
  • Siemens TIA Portal experience.
  • Experience with DNV certification (optional).
  • Experience with SIL (optional).
