On behalf of our client, an established provider of enterprise IT infrastructure and lifecycle management solutions, we are seeking an experienced and strategic ITAD Sales Manager based in Bishop’s Stortford.
Our client provides end-to-end IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), secure data destruction, hardware remarketing, certified refurbished infrastructure, and green recycling services to enterprise clients nationwide.
In this strategic sales leadership role, you will take ownership of growing revenue within the ITAD division. You will build relationships with senior stakeholders across key sectors, manage complex consultative sales cycles, and mentor junior sales team members to expand market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue growth and gross-profit targets within the ITAD sector.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new high-value enterprise accounts across regulated industries (e.g., Finance, Healthcare, Technology, and Public Sector).
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial cold outreach and lead follow-up through to contract negotiation, closing, and account handover.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives, IT Directors, CTOs, and Procurement/Compliance Heads.
- Provide bespoke ITAD solutions aligned with client operational, security, and ESG requirements including certified data destruction, asset recovery, hardware remarketing, and compliance services.
- Lead the preparation and delivery of high-quality proposals, RFP responses, tender submissions, and formal executive presentations.
- Work alongside operations, logistics, and compliance teams to ensure flawless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on ITAD industry trends, circular economy standards, data protection regulations (GDPR/WEEE), and competitive landscape movements.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, deal tracking, and revenue forecasting within the CRM system.
- Mentor junior sales team members, share best practices, and contribute directly to the broader company growth strategy.
Candidate Requirements
- 35+ years of success in B2B corporate sales, account acquisition, or business development within ITAD, enterprise hardware, managed print, or IT infrastructure services.
- Demonstrated capability in opening doors, pitching, and closing contracts with C-suite stakeholders and procurement heads.
- Strong awareness of data security, environmental compliance (WEEE, GDPR), and sustainable asset recycling practices.
- Natural ability to lead by example, guide junior sales personnel, and contribute to overall commercial strategy.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle for off-site client meetings.
- Highly articulate, financially driven, and adept at crafting winning RFP/tender submissions.
