What you’ll be doing:
- Producing and coordinating ductwork CAD drawings
- Supporting Building Services projects through detailed delivery
- Coordinating drawings with wider MEP services
- Working closely with project and site teams
- Resolving drawing and coordination issues
- Supporting projects across London and Surrey
What we’re looking for:
- Strong CAD experience – essential
- Previous ductwork experience
- Building Services / MEP contractor experience
- Good understanding of construction-stage coordination
- Active CSCS card desirable
- Able to work between Dartford and project sites
Permanent or Contract:
- Permanent: £45,000-£55,000 + strong bonus potential
- Contract: £24-£30 per hour, initial 6 months
