Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

Salary: £28,000 - £40,000 DOE

Overview:

We are working with a leading UK-based distributor within the security and fire industry, supplying CCTV, Intruder, Access Control, Fire, and Gate Automation products across a growing multi-branch network. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Branch Sales Assistant to join the team at their Belfast branch. This is a key role focused on internal sales activity, customer communication, and supporting branch operations. You will be handling both inbound and outbound sales calls, working with installers and integrators, processing orders, and building strong customer relationships. Full product training will be provided, so confidence on the phone and a strong sales mindset is more important than existing technical knowledge. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, customer-focused sales environment and wants to develop within a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound and outbound sales calls with installers and integrators
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Processing orders, sales enquiries, and quotations
  • Managing customer emails and general sales administration
  • Supporting trade counter customers when required
  • Assisting with general branch duties during busy periods

About You:

  • Experience in a B2B sales, internal sales, or customer-facing role
  • Confident communicator, especially over the phone

  • Basic IT and data entry skills
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
