Due to continued growth, this well-established manufacturer is looking to recruit an Operator to support production and material handling operations within a state-of-the-art engineering facility. The Overhead Crane Operator role will involve:
- Operating overhead cranes to safely move large and heavy engineering components
- Loading, unloading and positioning materials within the production facility
- Using lifting equipment and following safe lifting procedures
- Supporting production teams with the movement of materials and components
- Operating FLT equipment to move and position materials around the site
- Working safely in accordance with company procedures and health and safety requirements
In return, the role will offer:
- £32,450 annual salary including shift allowance
- Overtime paid at premium rates

Overhead Crane Operator Requirements:
- Previous experience operating an overhead crane in an engineering or manufacturing environment
- Accredited FLT licence – essential
- Experience handling large or heavy components
- Good understanding of safe lifting and material handling practices
Working Hours:
- Week 1: Monday to Friday – 06:00 to 14:00
- Week 2: Monday to Thursday – 12:30 to 22:00
