Building Surveyor – Repairs and Refirbishment Projects

Salary: Up to £85,000 DOE + £450 Car Allowance + Fuel Card + Benefits
Are you a Building Surveyor with a Local Authority, Social Housing or Public Sector background? Do you have experience delivering Repairs, Refirbishment, Voids, Planned, building compliance and refurbishment projects?
We’re recruiting for a growing consultancy seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to deliver a range of surveying and project management services across public sector property portfolios.
The Role
- Deliver building surveys, condition assessments and defect diagnosis.
- Lead Repairs, FRA, Planned, Voids, remedial and building compliance projects from inception to completion.
- Prepare specifications, tender documentation and cost estimates.
- Undertake contract administration and manage project delivery.
- Advise clients on maintenance strategies, building regulations and statutory compliance.
- Build strong relationships with Local Authority and public sector clients.
About You
- Any RICS Qualifiaction.
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar.
- Previous experience within Local Authorities, Housing Associations or the Public Sector.
- Strong knowledge of Social Housing projects, building pathology and contract administration.
- Full UK driving licence.
