Caterham School is seeking an exceptional Outdoor Learning leader with strong experience of managing teams and working with young people in outdoor settings.

You will oversee the Duke of Edinburgh Award programme and work with pupils to foster enthusiasm for adventure within a school context.

The role offers scope to develop a class-leading provision, leveraging Caterham's 100-acre woodland, high ropes course and dedicated outdoor learning spaces.
