Soho House Manchester
Located in the St John’s area in the heart of the city, Soho House Manchester spans across 5 floors of the former Granada Studios. We have an extensive gym, steam room and sauna, outdoor rooftop pool surrounded by sunbed and a bar, late night bar and live music space. We have casual lounge areas for food and drink on the 8th floor and a members’ restaurant for more formal dining. The house also includes 23 bedrooms on the 6th floor.
The Role…
We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our Central London team at Soho House Manchester. he Pastry Chef is responsible for preparing and baking various goods, such as cakes, cookies, pies, and bread on our club menu. You’ll manage ingredient stocks, maintain equipment, guide and train staff, and ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards.

- Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required
Physical Requirements
- Must be over the age of 18
- Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects by hand
- Able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
- Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required
Expected Working Hours For a Pastry Chef
- Varying shift times across the seven days, to include working evenings, weekends, opens & closes
- Average hours 32-45 hours per week
