The Role
At Soho House, as a Massage Therapist you will be responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized massage treatments that support the overall wellbeing of our members and guests. You will contribute to a serene, restorative environment within the club’s wellness facilities, ensuring the highest levels of care, professionalism, and discretion.
You will work closely with the wider spa and wellness team to uphold service excellence, promote holistic health, and create a positive, tranquil experience for all.

Key duties
- Perform a wide range of massage treatments, including but not limited to deep tissue, Swedish, sports, aromatherapy, and hot stone, tailored to client needs.
- Conduct detailed consultations prior to treatment to understand medical history, preferences, and desired outcomes.
- Create a calming and professional treatment environment, ensuring consistent comfort, cleanliness, and discretion.
- Provide expert aftercare advice and recommend relevant wellness or skincare products.
- Maintain accurate treatment records in accordance with club standards and health regulations.
- Manage schedules professionally and ensure treatments start and finish on time.
- Uphold the highest hygiene and sanitation standards in treatment rooms, equipment, and product usage.
- Work collaboratively with other spa team members to maintain a positive and seamless guest experience.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry techniques and treatments to continually enhance the wellness offering.
What We Are Looking For
A successful Massage Therapist for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a luxury spa, wellness centre, or hospitality setting
- Recognised Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Massage Therapy and additional Deep Tissue qualification.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, massage techniques, and contraindications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Impeccable personal presentation and a calm, reassuring manner
- Commitment to client confidentiality, care, and holistic wellbeing
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Desirable
- Qualifications or experience in complementary therapies (e.g. reflexology, cupping, lymphatic drainage)
- Experience with wellness software or booking systems
- Product knowledge in premium spa and skincare brands
Physical Requirements
- Must be over the age of 18
- Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects by hand
- Able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
- Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required
