We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Junior Sous Chef who has a passion for cooking fresh British produce. As Junior Sous Chef, you will work with the Sous and Head Chef in the daily running of this modern British pub which is currently undergoing a total refurbishment. As the Junior Sous Chef, you will deputise for the Head and Sous Chef.
