What We Are Looking For
- Up to 3-5 years’ experience in a busy hospitality venue within a Senior Management capacity
- Innovator and influencer with previous experience managing F&B operations
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships (internal and external)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service
- Fluent in English
- Organised and reliable
- Ability to work and maximise relationships within a diverse team
- Computer literacy within Opera, Micros and Adaco advantageous
- Full understanding of local authority requirements
- Personal license holder
- SIA knowledge, understanding and experience
Main Duties
- Be visible on the floor and engage with members, gain feedback, and communicate comments to kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Ensure members and guests have a great experience and resolve issues before departure
- Ordering and purchasing of products for the Club
- Manage and operate the POS system and keep item updates as necessary
- Serve as contact for staff requests and proactively solve problems
- Ensure the club team adheres to uniform and grooming standards
- Ensure menus are updated monthly and printed on time
- Coordinate tasks with other departments to ensure smooth operation
- Prepare and distribute necessary documents and information to staff
- Ensure employee compliance with standards, policies, and regulations
- Train hourly employees on company values, roles, responsibilities, and service aspects
- Assign and monitor tasks to meet quality standards
- Maintain high appearance standards at all times
- Be physically fit to lift, bend, twist, stand and walk for long periods
- Prepare and monitor rotas for club staff and manage overtime efficiently
