Join one of the UK’s most exciting luxury appliance and kitchen showrooms. Due to incredible growth over the past year, we’re looking for a confident, energetic and design‑led Showroom Assistant to join our team. This isn’t your average retail role. You’ll be working in a stunning high‑end showroom surrounded by some of the world’s best kitchen appliance, sink, tap and outdoor living brands. From luxury cooking appliances to statement outdoor kitchens and BBQs, every day is different — and every customer interaction matters. If you love interiors, design, people and premium products, this could be the perfect opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming customers into the showroom and creating a fantastic first impression
  • Keeping the showroom looking exceptional at all times
  • Styling and maintaining luxury displays and working product areas
  • Advising customers on premium appliances and products
  • Answering telephone and online enquiries
  • Supporting the sales team with quotations and order processing
  • General administration and customer service support
  • Helping with showroom events, live demo days and brand experiences
  • General office duties
