Job Description
We are looking for a Supervisor at Haywood Academy, in Stoke‑on‑Trent who wants to ensure our future generations are provided with nutritionally balanced and tasty food. You should be an organised, hard‑working and approachable leader, responsible for the day‑to‑day running of the kitchen. You will be passionate about delivering an efficient service to our students while maintaining great customer service and high food safety standards.
The Role
- £13.35 per hour
- 25 hours per week, Monday–Friday
- Term‑time only – 38 weeks per year
You will support the management team in the smooth running of the operation, ensuring all food safety and health and safety procedures are continuously applied. You will also support training, recruitment and help reach financial targets. You will set a great example for your team by delivering excellent customer service, enhancing the company’s reputation for high‑quality food and service with clients and customers.

Qualifications
- Catering experience is preferable.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
