Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Area Support Manager to manage a group of schools in Essex. The portfolio consists of four primary schools and two secondary schools all within the same education trust. Previous catering and operational management experience is essential. This is a term‑time only role with an additional two weeks to cover events, mobilisations and training days.
Our Area Support Managers play an essential role in driving standards of excellence and building strong relationships with teams and clients through enthusiasm and leading by example. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering annual ESB compliance & auditing in schools
- Ensuring the company’s reputation for food quality and service is enhanced
- Administering unit controls
- Maintaining accurate records across all sites within your remit
Additionally, you will be prepared to roll your sleeves up and assist the teams as needed. Successful applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure.
