Overview Caterlink is the education sector catering specialist. For over 20 years, the Company has delivered fresh food solutions to pupils and staff at Primary Schools, Secondary Schools and Colleges across the UK. The company caters more than 1,000,000 meals a week. Our "Fresh Food Policy" is the foundation of our success and growth in the market coupled with a desire to truly deliver on the promises we make to our clients and support our site-based teams.
We are looking for experienced Operations Managers to work for our growing business up and down the country! Previous catering and operational management experience is essential. This is a 52-week role working Monday β Friday.
Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate site-based teams; develop your teams and build strong client relationships across your portfolio of schools.
- Be commercially astute and ready to roll up your sleeves to support teams when needed.
- Focus on KPIs including Health & Safety, Retention, Quality and Finance; uphold Caterlink values of People, Perception, Passion and Pride.
- Previous catering and operational management experience is essential.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams; strong client relationship skills.
- Enhanced DBS disclosure required (successful applicants will be required to complete).
