We are hiring a Head Cook at City College Norwich, Norwich, dedicated to providing nutritionally balanced and tasty food for future generations. This is a full-time role with no weekends, offering flexibility.
The Role
- £13.50 per hour
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- 52 weeks per year
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting food to Caterlink and client standards
- Ensuring compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures, completing all mandatory paperwork accurately and with integrity
- Enhancing the company's reputation for excellent food and service, exceeding client and customer expectations
- Supporting your line manager with daily operations, including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans
