We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage a group of 15 schools in Essex within a oneāhour radius (approximately). This will be a mix of primary, secondary and college schools. Previous catering and operational management experience is essential. This is a 52āweek role working Monday ā Friday.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a siteābased team across the portfolio of schools.
- Develop strong client relationships across schools.
- Ensure adherence to Health & Safety, Retention, Quality and Finance KPIs.
- Support commercial objectives and be commercially astute.
- Assist teams as required, rolling up sleeves when needed.
- Prepare and clear enhanced DBS disclosure.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous catering and operational management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication and motivation skills.
- Commercially astute with ability to manage budgets.
- Compliance with DBS disclosure.
