Role Description

This is a full-time, Field Sales Representative role.

The role involves visiting existing and prospective customers, demonstrating catering equipment, and presenting product benefits to drive sales across the company’s portfolio.

The Field Sales Representative will build and maintain strong customer relationships, manage a defined territory, and follow up on leads from the office and marketing activities.

Daily tasks include preparing quotations, negotiating pricing within agreed guidelines, processing orders, updating the CRM system, and reporting on sales activity and market trends.

The role also includes attending trade shows, training sessions, and product demonstrations, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and after‑sales support.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in field sales, account management, or business development, ideally within catering equipment, foodservice, hospitality, or a related sector.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical product features in clear, customer‑focused language.
  • Ability to build long‑term customer relationships, manage a sales pipeline, and work independently to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
