We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Director for an international company to lead People & Culture across the UK and other regions. This is a cross-regional role combining executive HR partnership, operational delivery, and team leadership across diverse geographies and cultures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR strategy in the UK and across other regions, aligning with global priorities and local business needs.
- Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design.

Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years at an HR Director or senior HRBP level.
- Proven experience in international HR operations, ideally in the FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and cross-border HR frameworks.
- Skilled at influencing senior executives and navigating complex, matrix environments.
- Hands-on, strategic, data-driven, and culturally adaptive.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
