FUNCTIONS
To ensure the correct quality and environmental management of the different company´s activities, the occupational health, and safety of our clients employees and contractors in the different business units, supervising, coordinating, and participating in the implementation and maintenance of the integrated management systems, and ensuring legal compliance, as well as customer satisfaction. To develop an excellent safety culture, resource, implement, and maintain processes to ensure an HSQE management system aligned with business requirements. Functions HSQE legal compliance audits Development and/or adaptation of risk assessments and/or work instructions to local legislation. Identification and compliance with legal and customer requirements. Development and delivery of HSQE training. Development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of HSQE integrated management systems under the ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 9001:2015 requirements. Support and leadership in the implementation of preventive culture and HSQE campaigns. Management of HSQE aspects in the company projects. Support in the tendering and contract revision aspects related to HSQE. Reporting and collaboration with the global HSQE area. Control and management of PPE relevant to the company\’s activity. Control and audit of subcontractors in HSQE matters. Ensuring correct reporting and investigation of accidents. Control of calibrated tools. Waste management according to local legislation. Requisites 5 years experience in an HSQE position, preferably in the construction, electrical, or renewable energy sectors. IOSH / NEBOSH Certificate. ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 9001:2015 training. Proficient English. Spanish would be beneficial. Willingness to travel.
