Job Description Functions:
- Pursue and execute the strategic direction of HR on behalf of the business unit and the regional top.
- Provide the strategic input to the regional management team and build leadership capabilities, organizational capabilities and a culture with the local market place.
- Ensure the implementation and rollout of high value HR processes at business level and ensuring that transactional HR excellence is provided.
Qualifications Requirements:
- Proven record as a HR manager and at least 3-4 years of experience in the position.
- Business or HR background.
- Cross functional HR knowledge.
- Experience negotiating with unions.
- Excellent people and communication skills.
