What You Will Do

  • Lead and develop the sales team, driving performance, accountability, and growth
  • Manage multiple sales functions, including New Business, Business Development, and Outbound Sales
  • Partner closely with the CRO to execute commercial strategy and deliver revenue and margin targets
  • Build outbound routes to market and grow high-value enterprise and mid-market accounts
  • Drive pipeline performance, conversion optimisation, and CRM discipline through data-driven management
  • Stay hands-on in strategic deals and support the team directly in winning new business

Profile

  • Have 3+ years of business development or sales leadership experience
  • Bring experience within construction services, waste management, equipment rental, or related industries
  • Demonstrate strong experience managing sales teams and delivering revenue growth
  • Have experience winning and growing enterprise or mid-market accounts
  • Be highly proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Lead from the front, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution
