Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Strategic Account Executive to join their sales team. As a Strategic Account Executive, you will be responsible for creating and driving qualified opportunities into net new large enterprise accounts. You will be expected to educate clients on our vision and tailor it to their strategic initiatives. This is a hybrid role (2-3 days p/w ideally).
Our client within Employee Engagement is a leading and fast-growing provider of employee survey technology, in addition to deep expertise internally. Their mission is to drive real-world outcomes for their partners, who are typically HR and People leaders across private, public and NFPs. All through a human-first technology that helps organisations listen to, understand, and act on employee feedback in real time.
Responsibilities
- Closing experience as an AE in a SaaS environment
- Experienced in MEDDIC or similar sales methodology
- Proven experience in accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targets
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth start-up working environment
- Strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed
- Adaptability to new initiatives
- A self-starter who is able to work autonomously
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
- Minimum of 5 years of high-level B2B sales experience
- Experience with selling SaaS/ subscription/ technology solutions
- Proven experience with C-Suite interactions
- Experience with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and HR application selling (preferred)
