About CATCHES
CATCHES pioneers’ physics-backed AI for personalised garment fit across luxury e-commerce, transforming how premium brands deliver digital fashion experiences. Announced at NVIDIA GTC 2026, CATCHES is NVIDIA's official Independent Software Vendor for the fashion industry.
Role
A senior EA hire at a fast-moving AI startup building next-generation technology for the world's leading fashion brands. You will work directly alongside the founder and CEO as a trusted right hand, keeping him effective, the business organised, and the people around him well managed as we scale.
This is not a traditional EA role. It requires someone who brings genuine judgement to everything they touch, who can read a room and manage up without being asked, and who is as comfortable navigating sensitive relationships as they are embedding the latest productivity tooling. An interest in fashion and the luxury space will help you move with credibility in the environments this role touches.
Day to day
- Manage the founder's calendar, inbox, and communications, prioritising ruthlessly and protecting time for deep work.
- Prepare briefing notes, meeting prep, and follow-up materials for brand partner meetings, investor calls, and press engagements.
- Own logistics for travel, events, and external commitments including fashion weeks, industry conferences, and key partner engagements.
- Identify, test, and embed AI and productivity tools that remove friction from the founder's workflow and the wider team's operations.
- Build and maintain lightweight systems and documentation across the company, from onboarding processes to internal communication structures.
- Support commercial operations including CRM hygiene in HubSpot, pipeline tracking, and coordination across the team on key deals.
- Handle ad hoc research, horizon scanning, and project work as priorities shift across an early-stage environment.
You
- High EQ: You read situations quickly and accurately. You know when to push, when to hold back, and how to manage sensitive dynamics with founders, investors, and brand partners without being told how. People feel well handled after interacting with you.
- Senior presence: You've operated at a level where you're trusted with consequential decisions and high-value relationships. You don't need oversight to know what good looks like.
- Tech-native: You default to tooling. You know what's available, you try things, and you're not waiting to be told what to use. Familiarity with AI productivity tools, automation platforms, and modern workplace software is expected.
- Startup experience: You've worked inside a tech startup and understand the pace, ambiguity, and expectation that comes with that environment. You don't need a process to exist before you build one.
- High trust and high discretion: You'll have access to sensitive conversations, relationships, and information. You handle that with maturity.
- Fashion awareness: You don't need to have worked in fashion, but you need to understand and care about it. The brands and individuals in our orbit operate in a specific cultural register and you need to move confidently within it.
- Organised and rigorous: You keep things clean. Calendars, inboxes, CRMs, and follow-ups do not fall through the cracks.
What We Offer
- A senior seat in an early-stage company that is already live with some of fashion's most influential brands.
- Direct exposure to a founder, investor, and brand partner network that spans luxury, technology, and global retail.
- Genuine scope to shape how this role and the business operates, not a defined lane.
- A collaborative, ambitious team that takes the work seriously but not itself.
