A senior EA hire at a fast-moving AI startup building next-generation technology for the world's leading fashion brands. This is not a traditional EA role. An interest in fashion and the luxury space will help you move with credibility in the environments this role touches.
- Prepare briefing notes, meeting prep, and follow-up materials for brand partner meetings, investor calls, and press engagements.
- Own logistics for travel, events, and external commitments including fashion weeks, industry conferences, and key partner engagements.
- Support commercial operations including CRM hygiene in HubSpot, pipeline tracking, and coordination across the team on key deals.
- Handle ad hoc research, horizon scanning, and project work as priorities shift across an early-stage environment.
