Catch22 in Brasted, Kent, is seeking an ER and Wellbeing Advisor to provide expert, practical and risk-aware employee relations and wellbeing support to managers and colleagues, ensuring issues are managed fairly and in line with Catch22’s values.
You will hold an ER caseload, log queries, support sickness absence, and liaise with Occupational Health, contributing to the People Team in bids, TUPE and redundancy. The role requires CIPD Level 5 or equivalent and MS Office proficiency.
