Join our dynamic Personal Wellbeing services, commissioned by HMPPS, and help support adult male ex‐offenders across four key pathways.

As a Wellbeing Practitioner – Prison Lead, you will manage a caseload of service users, conduct assessments and deliver one‐to‐one and group interventions. You\’ll work closely with HMPPS, voluntary organisations and other justice partners to help individuals rehabilitate, reduce risks and build better futures.
Location: You will be based at one of our hubs with regular travel across your designated cluster (Tottenham, Croydon, Romford, Canning Town, Kings Cross, Brixton, Ealing, and Lewisham). Please indicate your preferred base in your application.
Qualifications
Essential
Basic education including GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Evidence of continual professional development.
Desirable
Relevant qualifications in criminology, social care, mental health or similar fields.

Contract: Full time, permanent
Salary: £28,551
Location: Community‐based with travel across London.
Screening: Successful admission is subject to enhanced DBS check, HMPPS Enhanced Level 1 check and Right to Work in the UK check. The post-holder must have the right to work in the UK. Catch22 does not sponsor visas.
