Catch22 is seeking a multi-skilled Wellbeing Practitioner to work primarily in Southampton, Totton and Lymington, with travel across Hampshire.

You will support adult male ex-offenders to access appropriate wellbeing services and resources.

The role involves advocacy with multi‑agency partners, helping clients build daily living skills and engage with treatment and other professionals.

A full-time post with DBS checks and UK Right to Work required.
