We are seeking warm, professional, and service-driven individuals to join our pool of Welcome Hosts, supporting one of our prestigious corporate clients on an ad‑hoc temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people‑focused, fast‑paced environment and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences. You will play a key part in ensuring visitors, clients, and colleagues feel valued and well‑supported from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and greet all visitors with professionalism and a friendly approach
- Support with post‑room duties, including receiving goods
- Manage internal and external post collection and distribution
- Efficiently handle incoming calls and general enquiries
- Uphold security procedures and ensure access requirements are followed
- Deliver exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships
- Take deliveries (can weigh up to 20kg)
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front‑of‑house, receptionist, or customer‑service role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
