Catch22 is seeking a Navigator & Tailored Support Youth Worker in Stoke-on-Trent. You will support children and young adults at risk of or involved in youth violence, mainly in custody and health settings across Staffordshire.
Responsibilities include risk assessments, signposting to specialist services, and delivering tailored interventions while working closely with partner agencies and gaining DBS clearance. A flexible rota includes some evenings and weekends.
