Catch22 is looking for a compassionate and motivated Specialist Caseworker to join our Victim Services team. This role focuses on delivering trauma‑informed support to victims and witnesses of crime, helping them cope, recover, and rebuild confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of adults, children, and young people, providing both practical and emotional support.
  • Ensure victims are fully informed throughout their journey – from understanding their rights and court processes to accessing tailored interventions.
  • Work collaboratively with partners, including police and voluntary organisations, to maintain effective referral pathways and deliver a seamless, high‑quality service.
  • Support the wider team by sharing expertise, developing innovative interventions and contributing to preventative work.

Key Qualifications

  • Educated to a good standard with GCSE‑level English and Maths (minimum).
  • Experience supporting vulnerable people, including adults, children, or young people.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and risk management.
  • Proven ability to manage a caseload and deliver tailored interventions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience working collaboratively with multiple agencies.
  • IT literate and confident using data management systems.

Desirable:

  • Qualification relevant to working with vulnerable people.
  • Access to a vehicle with business‑use insurance.

Must have the right to work in the UK.
