Job Description
Are you passionate about building strong partnerships to support victims of crime? Join Catch22 as a Partnerships Manager at Greater Manchester Victim Service (GMVS) and play a key role in strengthening relationships with statutory, third‑sector, and voluntary organisations to enhance service delivery for victims.
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders to expand and improve victim support services.
- Represent Catch22’s interests at multi‑agency meetings, ensuring victim‑centred outcomes.
- Monitor partner organisations to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
- Promote Catch22’s work through presentations, training, and engagement with professionals and communities.
- Support service development through collaboration with external agencies, assisting with system improvements and best practices.
Qualifications
- GCSE‑level English and Maths (minimum).
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership development.
- Understanding of victim and witness services, social exclusion, and safeguarding.
- Strong IT skills and ability to manage budgets effectively.
Additional Requirements
- Full UK Driving License and access to a personal vehicle for work purposes.
- Complete NPPV and other role‑specific vetting checks.
- Have lived in the UK for the past 3 years (with a few exceptions).
- Contract: 12‑month fixed‑term contract.
- Hours & work pattern: Full time, 37.5 hours per week.
- Location: 1‑2 days per week in GMPS HQ, Newton Heath; remainder remote working in the community.
