Job Description
As a Partnerships and Inclusion Manager you will undertake the development and relationship management of ecosystem partners, statutory, third sector and voluntary organisations that can assist in the effective delivery of the service.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Engagement & Partnership Development: This is a strategic role and the post-holder will build and maintain relationships with ecosystem partners (EPs), statutory and non-statutory agencies, and community partners (CPs).
- Community Engagement & Inclusion: Develop and implement a Communications & Engagement Strategy (C&ES).
- Volunteer & Student Placement Management: Recruit, train, and manage Community Champion Volunteers and Student Placements reflective of the demographic profile of the local population in areas of community engagement, service delivery and resource development.
- Victim & Survivor Involvement: Facilitate the Quarterly Victim Experience Panel to gather feedback and co-design service improvement and development of inclusive and accessible service materials.
- Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI): Implement and monitor the service’s EDI strategy.
- Marketing & Communications Support: Support the development and dissemination of inclusive marketing materials.
- Data & Reporting: Collect and analyse engagement and inclusion data to inform service planning.
Qualifications
This is an opportunity covering Norfolk and Suffolk and can be located in either Norwich or Ipswich on a regular hybrid basis. The post-holder should live in Norfolk or Suffolk. This is a strategic role and the successful post-holder must have experience on using a successful strategy in gaining good results and outcomes. A confident, professional, and creative individual with a proactive, 'can-do' attitude. Flexibility and adaptability to respond effectively to pressure and change. Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and maintain confidentiality. A collaborative team player who can work across the organisation to leverage collective expertise.

Contract: Permanent
Hours & work pattern: Full time, 37.5 hours per week.
