Catch22 is seeking a Community Connector to provide holistic support under the Mental Health Transformation Programme in London. This permanent, full-time role requires working closely with individuals suffering from serious mental illness while engaging various stakeholders.

The position is based at Community Links with working hours of Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
