Are you a commercially minded relationship-builder with a track record of securing corporate partnerships and generating sustainable income? Catch22 is looking for an ambitious Head of Corporate Partnerships to lead the growth of our corporate income pipeline and develop strategic partnerships that create lasting social impact.
Reporting to the Director of Growth and Partnerships, you will lead prospecting and partnership conversion activity, building relationships with corporate organisations that share our mission. You will own and grow a high-value corporate partnerships pipeline, providing strategic oversight of key corporate accounts, driving income growth and identifying opportunities to deepen engagement, expand partnerships and maximise long-term value. You will work across Catch22 to design compelling partnership opportunities, secure new income streams and support development of innovative funding models that combine corporate investment, social value and public sector delivery.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced partnerships leader who combines commercial acumen with a passion for social impact. You will lead a small team, drive growth against ambitious income targets, and help position Catch22 as the partner of choice for organisations committed to creating positive change in communities across the UK.
We're looking for someone with:
- A proven track record of securing corporate partnerships and generating new income.
- Experience developing and converting high-value pipelines through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
- Strong knowledge of corporate partnerships, ESG/CSR and social value.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and pitching skills.
- Experience leading high-performing teams in a target-driven environment.
