You will be a member of the local management team within the victim service, managing a team of volunteers and student placements, and leading the team to deliver a holistic restorative justice model across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. You will deliver a restorative service for identifiable victims of crime and work with a wide range of agencies to ensure a robust referral pathway.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Restorative Justice service for identifiable victims of crime.
- Coach Caseworkers and develop restorative justice practice by working on cases with the team.
- Collaborate with a wide range of agencies to ensure a robust referral pathway is in place.
- Maintain high-quality service delivery by managing the team’s performance and upholding organisational and professional standards.
- Review and meet victims’ needs in line with key targets and contractual expectations.
