Catch22 College in Bishop Auckland is seeking a Recruitment and Progression Officer to recruit learners onto the study programme and support them through, including sourcing local work placements. You will build strong links with local authorities, NEET teams, schools and employers to create opportunities and ensure learners are matched to the right placements.
The role also involves monthly progress reviews, collaboration with the college team to tailor individual learner journeys, and travel.
