Catch22 exists to help build a society where everyone has a good place to live, good people around them, and a fulfilling purpose – we call these our ‘3Ps’.

We achieve this in two ways. Firstly, we improve lives on the frontline through delivery of public services. Secondly, we use our knowledge to change ‘the system’, to fix the complex web that can trap and disempower those it was set up to help. With the heart of a charity and the mind-set of a business, we are uniquely placed to deliver on this challenging agenda.

Employability

The Catch22 Employability division provides skills and employability provision on a range of programmes, both public and corporate funded. We pride ourselves on supporting the most disadvantaged in society to improve their prospects, resulting in improved social mobility and sustainable positive change.

Sitting within the Employability team at Catch22, the Digital Campaign Manager will play a key role in driving the success of our Digital Skills Academy programme. This includes leading on referrals for our 16-18 cohorts, building relationships with educational institutions, and promoting our ‘Train the Trainer’ AI programme to external partners.

You will deliver and expand the communications strategy for our employability programmes, with a specific focus on digital and external training initiatives. This includes creating high-quality communications content for our website, social media channels, and promotional materials, as well as planning and delivering impactful events.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and execute creative digital campaigns to raise awareness about the Digital Skills Academy and its initiatives.
  2. Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and KPIs to ensure effective delivery and impact.

  4. Establish and nurture partnerships with educational institutions, particularly those supporting young people aged 16-18.
  5. Identify opportunities to expand the Academy’s network across the education and employment sectors.
  6. Engage with organisations to promote and support responsible AI use in recruitment practices.
  7. Create compelling digital content to communicate the Academy’s mission, values, and successes.
  8. Organise and participate in events, workshops, and webinars to showcase the Academy’s initiatives.
  9. Support the delivery of programmes and campaigns aligned with the Academy’s goals.
  10. Some facilitation and face-to-face delivery of the programme may also be required.

This list is not exhaustive and other duties may be required within the scope of this role.
