Your day-to-day responsibilities will be:
- Supporting the compliance officer to ensure compliance and auditing of staff records.
- Supporting all employability events including National Employability Day.
- Assisting with the preparation of files and documents for internal and external audits.
- Assisting with audit corrections and actions set out by the compliance officer and operations manager.
- Ensuring the office is compliant and data security is adhered to.
- Coordinating the purchase of goods and supplies, ensuring that the Directorate obtains best possible value for money from suppliers and contractors.
- Knowledge of financial systems and procedures.
- Understanding of compliance and data security processes.
- Team player.
- Experience of petty cash reconciliation.
- Previous experience in the employability/welfare sector.

- Hours: 37 hours per week
- Contract: Full-time, permanent
